This is a complete automatic pure-water filling line: bottle blowing plus water treatment plus filling and packing. Rated 6,000 bottles per hour on 500 ml PET (PCO 28 neck). Same hall runs 250 ml to 1.5 L with change-over parts. Six people. About 600 m². About 250 kVA.

Water is cleaned to packed-water duty before it meets the bottle. Bottles are blown from preforms, then rinsed, filled and capped on one machine. After that: light check, date code, dry, sleeve, shrink pack. Square bottles need a separator; extra sizes need extra change parts.

Preform blown → water treated → rinse, fill, cap → check, code, dry, label, pack.

  1. 01

    Blow the bottle

    Preforms load automatically. The 4-cavity blow moulder heats them and blows 500 ml bottles at 6,000 per hour. High-pressure air, dryer, filters, tank and chiller sit with the blower. Moulds for 250 ml and 1.5 L are offered with the line.

  2. 02

    Treat the water

    Raw water is pumped through silica sand (solids), active carbon (taste, colour, metals), a sodium-ion softener, a precision filter, then first-stage RO. UV and ozone sterilise. Finished water sits in a stainless tank and is pumped to the filler. Treatment duty about 4,000 litres per hour.

  3. 03

    Rinse, fill, cap

    Empty bottles fly on an air conveyor into the 16-16-5 monoblock: 16 rinsers, 16 fillers, 5 cappers. Caps come up on the elevator. One machine washes, fills still water and closes. About 6,000 bottles per hour on 500 ml.

  4. 04

    Check and code

    A light checker on the conveyor lets the operator see foreign matter. A CO₂ laser prints the date and batch on the bottle.

  5. 05

    Dry and label

    A blow dryer takes water off the outside so the sleeve sticks. The sleeve labeller cuts and drops a PVC/PET sleeve; a steam tunnel shrinks it on. Rotary BOPP hot-glue labelling is optional.

  6. 06

    Pack

    The PE film shrink packer groups bottles and shrinks a pack — about 12 bags a minute. Manual palletising unless the client asks for a palletiser. The hall is then packed water, ready to load.
