EN / ISO
European process and fuel practice
Lines are specified against EN machinery safety, ISO 17225 fuel-pellet quality practice, EN 806 water systems and EHEDG-minded hygiene on food and beverage steel.
Dossier — Standards
“International standard” is a specification pack, not a sticker. We write EN / ISO hygiene and safety, GB/T pellet-mill construction, CE-minded electricals, and the FSSAI / BIS tests your inspector will actually run.
EN / ISO
Lines are specified against EN machinery safety, ISO 17225 fuel-pellet quality practice, EN 806 water systems and EHEDG-minded hygiene on food and beverage steel.
GB/T
Pelletising cells draw on GB/T mill construction and proven 560-class Chinese platforms, selected for continuous duty rather than catalogue peak.
CE
MCCs, emergency stops, guarding and pressure equipment are specified to CE machinery practice so export buyers can audit a familiar dossier.
FSSAI / HACCP
Bottle, soda, feed and fortified lines are laid out for FSSAI licensing and HACCP — zoning, CIP, retain samples and lab benches included in the room book.
IS / BIS
Packed water (IS 14543), drinking water (IS 10500), CSD (IS 2346) and BIS aquafeed sit in the test plan, not as a footnote.
SATAT / IS 16087
CBG plants are mass-balanced for SATAT offtake quality and IS 16087 biogas, with purification and compression in the same contract as the digesters.
How it is used
Food and beverage halls follow European hygiene practice — inspectable welds, CIP coverage, zoning — so an export buyer’s auditor is not learning a new language.
Pellet cells use Chinese 560-class platforms proven on straw and wood, specified to hold 2.5 TPH and 5 TPH duty rather than a one-hour brochure peak.
Packed water, CSD, aquafeed and CBG close against Indian product standards. The test plan is in the contract.
